The Servicer Department of Securitisation Services is specialised in the monitoring and management of receivables

Since 2001 we are qualified to act as Servicer as per Italian Securitisation Law no. 130/1999, so we can manage and collect the transferred receivables and provide cash and payment services in transaction carried out under this Law, in addition to be responsible of monitoring its compliance and providing the regulatory tasks.

We act as Servicer, Primary Servicer, Master Servicer or Back-Up Servicer in numerous private and public securitizations, covered bond programmes and other structured finance transactions.

Our structure and operational model have been rated by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services since 2007, and we are proud of our top ranking “STRONG” as Master Servicer of ABS, CMBS and RMBS receivables in Italy.
