The Calculation Agent and the Programme Administrator are responsible for preparing:

• the “Payment Report”, including instructions on how to allocate the SPV available funds
• the “Investor Report”, including information about the notes, the portfolio (evolution, composition,..) and on the performance of the deal
• the payment instructions on behalf of the SPV

In covered bonds deals, in addition to the above duties, we perform the mandatory tests in accordance with regulations and with transaction documents.
