Vivibanca: new ratings from Moody’s for Portfolio “Cessione del V”
New ratings have been assigned to the securitisation transaction Eridano II of Vivibanca S.p.A. from Moody’s, DBRS and Scope Ratings.
This transaction, where Securitisation Services acts as Corporate Servicer, Calculation Agent, and Representative of Noteholders, commenced at the end of 2018 and concerns proceeds from a loan portfolio of CQs (cessione del quinto) and DPs (delegazioni di pagamento).
Moody’s assigned a “Aaa3” rating, DBRS assigned a “A” rating “A” while Scope Ratings assigned a “AA” rating on the senior notes.
At the end of ramp-up period (currently running) it is expected a plausible restructuring of the transaction with a potential new notes placement on the capital markets.
