The securitisation with GACS “Summer ” of BPER and Banco di Sardegna for € 322 million was completed: Banca Finint acted as Master Servicer
The operation was carried out through the vehicle Summer SPV S.r.l. and constituted by Banca Finint, which also assumed the roles of Corporate Services Provider, Representative of the Noteholders, Calculation Agent and Monitoring Agent.
The vehicle issued three different classes of securities for a total amount of € 96.4 million. For the senior notes, fully subscribed by the transferring banks, the issue of the GACS guarantee is envisaged.
This operation represents the 32nd securitisation with GACS under management for Banca Finint.
