Supporting growth of Gruppo Soleto: Unicredit and Finint Group companies (Securitisation Services and Banca Finint)
Soleto S.p.A., a leading Italian group working in telecommunication business segment, completed two financial transactions in capital markets for a total amount of €8 million aimed to support group investments and increase the efficiency of their financing strategies.
The unsecured bond issuance was privately placed through two bonds of five and six year duration respectively: Unicredit, Finint SGR private debts fund “PMI Italia II”, and Banca Finint were the subscribers.
Unicredit and Banca Finint were co-placement agents relative to the loan issuance. The role of the legal advisor was covered by Studio Legance Avvocati Associati.
Securitisation Services has played role of issuing agent, while Banca Finint played roles as Account Bank and Paying Agent.
