STRONG RANKING AFFIRMED ON SECURITISATION SERVICES BY STANDARD & POOR'S

For the fourth consecutive year, Standard & Poor’s affirmed its STRONG ranking on Securitisation Services, the top on S&P evaluation scale.

The volumes of Securitisation Services are increasingly significant: a team of over 105 professionals manages more than 270 securitisations for over 270 billion Euros. The involvement in the NPL deals is particularly relevant: during the last year, the Company has been appointed as Master Servicer in 88% of the main NPL transactions carried out in Italy, providing also other roles.

Today, Securitisation Services manages more than 100 NPL and restructured loan securitisation transactions, for a total amount of over 21 billion Euros and 1.5 million of loans.

Standard & Poor’s decision to confirm the STRONG ranking to Securitisation Services is based on many strengths, among which:
