CDP, Banca Finint and Securitisation Services in the 2nd Minibond of Codess Sociale
Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) and Banca Finint worked as anchor investor and arranger for the issuing of a Codess Group Minibond for a total amount of 10 mln €.
Incomes will support industrial plan 2019-2025 of Codess Group in order to enhance and finance activities in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Codess Sociale was born 40 years ago and now has more than 4000 working associates and a turnover of 150 mln €.
Now a days this group manages more than 200 services in education, physical and psychological disabilities and in geriatric area but specifically it focuses on activities for ancient people housebound.
In this transaction Securitisation Services works as Issuing Agent, while Banca Finint assumed role as Account Bank.
