Banca Finint is SACE Arranger of the loan of Impresa Percassi

Banca Finint acted as SACE Arranger, Common Representative of Bondholders pursuant to the Italian Guarantee and Agent Bank in the issue of a 7.5 million euro minibond by Impresa Percassi, a leading general contractor in Italy in the civil construction.

The bond loan has a duration of 6 years at the rate of 2.75%, backed by the Italian Guarantee with a coverage of 90% in capital and expenses, issued by Sace SpA.

The proceeds from the bond loan listed on the ExtraMOT 3 segment of the Italian Stock Exchange will be allocated to support the further growth path of Impresa Percassi, which estimates a turnover of close to 200 million euros for 2021.
