Banca Finint in the securitisation of Hoist Finance
The sale to the vehicle Giove SPV Srl of a portfolio of NPLs of 400 million euros gross, consisting of approximately 37 thousand exposures, of which a significant part assisted by bills of exchange, has recently been completed.
The sale operation, called Project Grey, is part of the securitisation undertaken with the vehicle Giove SPV, set up by Banca Finint in Conegliano.
In securitisation, Banca Finint also performs the main management roles of the SPV, namely Master Servicer, Corporate Servicer, Calculation Agent, Representative of Noteholders and Monitoring Agent.
