Banca Finint in the securitisation of Deutsche Bank of consumer credit for 4.74 billion
Over the past few days, through the vehicle Rocky 2021-1 SPV S.r.l., the securitisation of a portfolio of performing consumer loans worth approximately 4.74 billion originating from Deutsche Bank was completed.
The securitisation vehicle financed the purchase of receivables through the issue of two classes of securities with rating and listed on the ExtraMOT PRO of the Italian Stock Exchange.
The transaction was structured to meet the requirements of the new European regulation on ""simple, transparent and standardized"" securitisations.
Banca Finint, in addition to having dealt with the establishment of of the vehicle company and having acted as Advisor to Deutsche Bank, has assumed the roles of Back-Up Servicer Facilitator, Corporate Servicer and Representative of Noteholders of the securitization.
