Banca Finint in the issue of the ReLife bond
The issue of an up to bond of 265 million by ReLife, a player in the circular economy participated by Xenon Private Equity, has been finalized in these days, aimed at refinancing the company and completing the acquisitions of the Plastipoliver and General Packaging groups, in addition to future acquisitions.
The bond was fully subscribed by Pemberton, through its own investment funds, matures an interest rate equal to Euribor3M plus 6.25%, pays interest quarterly and the repayment of the principal is bullet.
The roles assumed by Banca Finint are Issuing Agent, Paying Agent, Common Representative of the Bondholders and Security Agent.
