Banca Finint in the issue of the bonds of Cartiere Villa Lagarina and Tolentino (Pro-Gest Group)
The issue of two bonds by Cartiere Villa Lagarina and Tolentino, respectively for 90 and 35 million euros, companies belonging to the Pro-Gest Group, the first vertically integrated producer of recycled paper in Italy, was completed in these days. corrugated cardboard and packaging solutions.
In this context, Banca Finint assumed the roles of Paying Agent, Security Agent, Issuing Agent and Common Representative of the bondholders.
The securities issued were created through the Monte Titoli procedure and delivered to the foreign funds of the Carlyle Global Credit platform which subscribed both instruments, albeit for different amounts.
The bonds have quarterly payment dates, a variable interest rate and a maturity of 22 December 2025.
The transaction will allow the Pro-Gest Group to further strengthen the capital structure, accelerate the development path and benefit from the structural growth trends of the paper industry.
