Banca Finint in the issue of the 3A Sport minibond of 1.2 million euros
3A dei F.lli Antonini S.p.A., known as 3A Sport, distributor and partner of major clothing brands, listed the 1.2 million euro minibond on ExtraMot Pro3 that had been placed on the CrowdFundMe platform since last March.
The transaction involves Banca Finint as Issuing Agent, Paying Agent and Support Bank.
The securities issued by 3A, totaling € 1,220,000, were created through the Monte Titoli procedure and simultaneously delivered to retail investors and the three institutional investors.
The minibond has a deadline of 18 months, with an annual yield to maturity of 4.25% and a bullet repayment plan.
