Banca Finint in the GACS leasing of Alba Leasing with Banco BPM and Release: it is the 31st securitisation with GACS under management
Banca Finint in the leasing GACS of € 335 million of Alba Leasing with Banco BPM and Release.
Alba Leasing, leading financial leasing operator, has recently completed the transfer of a portfolio of non-performing leasing for a gross value of € 190 million.
The transaction was carried out through the vehicle Titan SPV and the related Zeus LeaseCo, a support company for the management of real estate and other assets, both established pursuant to Law 130/99 by Banca Finint.
All the notes issued by the vehicle were signed by the originator at closing, which will hold the senior notes and for which the GACS state guarantee application process is being activated.
For Banca Finint (Securitisation Services Division), which acted in the roles of Corporate Servicer, Monitoring Agent, Calculation Agent, Representative of Noteholders and Back-up Master Servicer of both the securitisation vehicle and the LeaseCo, this is the 31st securitisation with GACS under management.
