Ambrosi issues 2 bonds through private placement for €10 mln
Ambrosi S.p.A. issued 2 minibonds through private placement for a total amount of 10 mln €.
Securitisation Services acted as Representative of Noteholders, Security Agent, and Calculation Agent, while Banca Finint acted as Account bank and Paying Agent.
These bonds were subscripted by Unicredit, Volksbank and Solution Bank and are collateralized by inventory stock.
The aim of this bond issuance is to support the Ambrosi Group Investments and specifically to improve the storage capacity efficiency of Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano.
