Assistance to Arrangers or Sponsors in the drawdown of the information memorandum (rating book), the portfolio analysis and historical data or the cash flow model, etc.

Assistance to Arrangers or Servicer when analysing operational features, defining and implementing internal reporting and monitoring procedures, etc.

Assistance for Originators or Servicer:

1. when implementing some IT, administrative and accounting procedures to:

• correctly record the portfolio’s initial transfer;
• keep the portfolio’s bookkeeping on behalf of the SPV;
• maintain the same procedures to register payments, arrears and defaulted claims used before the deal;
• if the Originator is under the supervision of Bank of Italy, forward information, as required, to update the Bank of Italy's Centrale Rischi’s database.

1. when implementing the data collection procedures required for reporting activity:

• reports on collections and performances of the transferred receivables;
• “accounting files” to keep records of the SPV;
• other information required by the Bank of Italy.

1. when selecting subsequent portfolios and verifying the relevant criteria.
