About us


Securitisation Services is an independent Italian financial services organization specialized in managing and monitoring securitisation transactions.
From 1992 to 2001, most of the services provided by Securitisation Services were carried out by Finanziaria Internazionale Securitisation Group (FISG). In 2001, FISG spun off its servicing functions to Securitisation Services SpA. It has been registered since 2001 by the Bank of Italy, according to Art. 107 of the 1993 Italian Banking Act, which enables financial intermediaries to provide services also relating to the collection and payment of transferred receivables.


Securitisation Services’s headquarter is in Conegliano (Treviso), near Venice, Italy.

 

Mission

Securitisation Services’s mission is to be a "one-stop-shop", providing a full range of value-added financial services for:

  1. Originators/Servicers/Arrangers of structured finance deals
  2. Investors in ABS or other bonds issued within structured finance deals
  3. Rating Agencies
